TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Option Gravity online shop and every purchase made through it.

ORDERS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Made-to-measure articles are produced on the measurements you provide. Delivery time for customized articles is 4 weeks from the order date unless a Rush order option is purchased. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in CHF, EUR or USD according to the selected currency. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card) or bank transfer (UBS). Orders paid by bank transfer are produced after the payment is received.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship from Switzerland. International customers may be charged customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS

Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Contact us before returning any item.
